Of course as a business owner, and because you need to eat, you have a standard work ethic that you follow. But the reality is that you might not have enough time to spare for a vacation. This can lead to psychological distress of individuals. The point is that depriving yourself some time off is not good for your mental or physical health. You will come back recharged, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world again. Some people might even find inspirations while they’re on vacation.
